Buddista- Induista : Goddess Mahakali is worshiped. Bonalu is an annual festival of Telangana celebrated in Twin Cities Hyderabad, Secunderabad and other parts of Telangana, India. It is celebrated in the month of Ashada Masam, in July/August. Special poojas are performed for Yellamma on the first and last day of the festival. The festival is also considered a thanksgiving to the Goddess for fulfillment of vows.

Buddista- Induista : The annual festival of Raksha Bandhan, which is meant to commemorate the abiding ties between siblings of opposite sex, usually takes place in late August, and is marked by a very simple ceremony in which a woman ties a rakhi which may be a colorful thread, a simple bracelet, or a decorative string around the wrist of her brother(s). The word raksha signifies protection, and bandhan is an association signifying an enduring sort of bond; and so, when a woman ties a rakhi around the waist of her brother, she signifies her loving attachment to him. He, likewise, recognizes the special bonds between them, and by extending his wrist forward, he in fact extends the hand of his protection over her.

Ferie secolare : È l'uomo che ha avuto un ruolo fondamentale per l'inidpendenza dell'India dall'Impero Britannico grazie al potere della sua forza di volontà e alla sua semplicità. Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, detto 'Bapu' o 'Padre della nazione', nacque il 2 Ottobre 1869 a Porbunder, Gujarat. Studiò Giurisprudenza nel Regno Unito e mise in prarica i suoi studi in Sud Africa. Abbandonò la professione per rientrare in India a lottare per la libertà. Gandhiji predicò il vero e l''Ahimsa'(la non-violenza). Fondò la 'Satyagraha', movimento indiano per la libertà. Credeva in una vita semplice e nello 'Swadeshi'. Provò al mondo intero che è possiblie ottenere la libertà con la nono-violenza. Gandhiji rimane un simbolo di pace e di verità.

Sikhisme : Nanak (Nankana Sahib, 15 aprile 1469 Kartarpur, 22 settembre 1539) è stato un mistico indiano, fondatore del sikhismo e primo dei Guru sikh.
Sri Guru Nanak Dev nacque a Nankana Sahib (dal 1947 Punjab pakistano) nel mese di baisakhi (aprile-maggio) del 1469 e diventò il primo guru sikh nel mese di kartik (ottobre-novembre) del 1469: per questo motivo il suo compleanno viene festeggiato dai sikh il 13 novembre[1]. Morì il 7 settembre 1539 a Kartarpur (Punjab indiano). Wikipedia
